Job Summary
Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and technology transfer activities for the Penang Assembly and Test Manufacturing new site, serving as the single program owner accountable for planning, executing, and delivering complex, cross-functional NPI programs.
Drive program governance, including milestone reviews, risk assessments, issue escalation, and leadership communications, while acting as the single point of accountability for NPI delivery outcomes.
Ensure readiness of systems, materials, tooling, process flow, and manufacturing capacity to support NPI builds and data collection, and lead new product validation with initial volume to meet customer demand with strong focus on quality, yield, and cost performance.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or science
Minimum 8 years of experience in Technical Program Management, NPI, or complex technology transfer
Strong engineering fundamentals
Proven track record delivering complex, cross organizational programs
Knowledge of Assembly and/or Test processes, TD transfer methodology, and statistical data analysis
Ability to operate effectively under ambiguity and manage multiple priorities
