The role involves driving a global team to achieve program success with high quality using NVIDIA Product Design Life Cycle and supporting factory and new NPI products.
Candidates will work closely with hardware teams, QA/Test architects, and contribute to open standards to enhance firmware ecosystems from partner factories to data center deployments.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Firmware development on X86 or ARM platforms
Team management experience over 4 years
Designing system level hardware and firmware solutions
Experience with Redfish, OpenBMC, DMTF PLDM/MCTP APIs
End-to-end enterprise server delivery
Global partner and customer collaboration

Experience with BMC manageability stack
Key Requirements
Master’s Degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
Over 8 years overall experience

Proven track record as high-performing individual contributor
Experience with BMC-BIOS communication, thermal and power management
Experience delivering enterprise servers from definition to deployment
