Job Summary

  • Responsible for training all Food & Beverage Servers, Cashiers and Bartenders, and fulfilling service per each Banquet Event Order (BEO).
  • Must maintain a Health Department score of 90 or higher and be creative in designing buffets and coffee break décor.
  • This position requires stooping and lifting up to 50lbs, substantial walking, and manual dexterity.
