Job Summary

  • The primary focus of this role is to lead safe work practices, implement efficiency gains, and create systemic and sustainable systems for the Production Teams and Ingot Production Supervisors in order to meet all key business objectives.
  • This entails safely producing the short-term plan, making important policy and strategic decisions, as well as the development and implementations of operational policies and procedures for future growth.
  • Arconic is currently in search of South Ingot Area Coordinator to join our Rolled Products division in Alcoa, Tennessee.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ yrs manufacturing experience
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 5 years supervisory experience
