Job Summary
This position supports IT Systems as a systems analyst, primary focus on Epic.
Collaborates with customers; create test plans; enhance functionality of system with minimal assistance; troubleshoot system issues; active role is demonstrated in the orientation and training of new system users.
This position works closely with Inspira leadership, customers, and other stakeholders, to collaborate and provide IS support, and guidance to improve their workflows, outcomes and overall patient and customer satisfaction at all Inspira locations.
