Job Summary

  • Responsible for leading a project construction team and the overall management of project direction, planning, completion and financial outcome.
  • Manage all aspects of project from inception through completion, including pre-construction efforts, procurement, and construction coordination.
  • Accountable for performance of assigned projects including project status, schedule, cost control, change management systems, financial forecasting, monthly reporting, and project close-out.

  • Established record of Project Lead on projects with $80M concurrent or $120M single volume
  • Engineering, Construction Management or related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 10 years of experience in Core & Shell construction with completed interiors
  • Specific experience building concrete hi-rise properties ($50M - $150M)
  • Thorough understanding of industry and New York Metro market
