The position requires managing program risks, coordinating audits, and serving as the primary focal point for customers while ensuring initiatives meet cost, budget, and schedule constraints.

Salary
Base: $108,496.89 - $149,183.22; Bonus/Equity: Annual incentive pay based on performance; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, life insurance, PTO, tuition reimbursement

Must-have
Manage programs with budgets up to $20M
Supervise cross-functional teams of 3+ members
Primary point of contact for customers
Experience evaluating requests for proposals
Conduct contract negotiations and manage risks
Nice-to-have
Demonstrated ability to drive innovative thinking
Strong leadership in change management
Experience with agile or spiral development models
Familiarity with CMMI and ISO 9001 policies
Ability to adapt to dynamic situations
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related field
5+ years of progressive project or program management experience
1+ years leading teams of 3+ cross-functional members
Must be able to obtain and maintain US Secret Security Clearance
