Job Summary

• Responsible for the mechanical design and development of rotary encoders, mechanical limit switches, proximity switches, and related products, while also supporting sustaining engineering and day-to-day product maintenance.
• This role participates in new product development, product optimization, engineering documentation, verification and testing support, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure products meet performance, quality, manufacturability, and delivery requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as supply chain, quality, manufacturing, firmware, and electronics during design changes, validation, and product introduction to ensure successful project execution and completion.
