Job Summary
The Director provides strategic leadership for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of transfer pathways, articulation agreements, onboarding processes, and support services designed to promote persistence, retention, and degree completion.
The Director will work collaboratively with academic leadership, advising units, the Registrar, and community college partners to ensure that UAPB is a destination institution for transfer and adult students and that credit mobility is transparent, efficient, and student-centered.
