Job Summary

  • Review and analyze business requirements, user stories, and enhancement specifications to design, develop, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
  • Execute functional, regression, and integration testing across ServiceNow modules, validating workflows, approvals, notifications, SLAs, integrations, and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with ServiceNow Admins, Developers, Product Owners, and Business Stakeholders to identify opportunities for test process improvement and automation.
