Job Summary
Review and analyze business requirements, user stories, and enhancement specifications to design, develop, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
Execute functional, regression, and integration testing across ServiceNow modules, validating workflows, approvals, notifications, SLAs, integrations, and reporting.
Collaborate closely with ServiceNow Admins, Developers, Product Owners, and Business Stakeholders to identify opportunities for test process improvement and automation.
