Job Summary
The Regional Support Supervisor ensures quality and operational excellence for programs within their assigned region(s) under the direction of the Regional and/or Regional Deputy Director.
Primary duties include assisting in supervision and quality assurance, project management, acting as a Super User for technological systems, and training new and existing supervisors.
