The Manager, Renewals AMER leads and develops a team of Digital Renewals Sales Representatives (DSRs) responsible for managing high-volume, transactional, digitally-led customer renewals.
This role is expected to be in the hub 3 days per week, providing hands-on coaching, real-time deal and activity support, and close performance management.
