Job Summary

  • Responsible for improving the processes, tools and equipment of the Manufacturing process, leading to predictable, reliable, stable and efficient production processes.
  • Demonstrates strong understanding of product functionality, monitors and improves yields, cycle times, and costs, and implements lean manufacturing practices.
  • We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
