Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include identifying residents, reporting changes in condition, recording information, assisting with daily living activities, and maintaining resident confidentiality.
The role requires a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws and a minimum of a 10th-grade education.
