Job Summary
Be an ambassador for our brand as a Reservation & Royal Service Agent, where the engaging and anticipative service you provide over the telephone will make our guests feel valued and reflect the exceptional hotel experience to come.
Assist all external and internal callers and redirecting if/when necessary; Take ownership of the guest’s request and ensure follow up according to the hotel’s standards.
