The Engineering Team Manager will provide technical and people leadership for the Dynamics Solution Center (DSC), driving engineering excellence for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related integrations.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5 years of people management experience
Proven track record working on global engineering teams
Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Expertise in Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure Services
Experience managing complex environments at scale
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
