Lead the negotiation, drafting, and review of key customer contracts, working closely with our sales team to close revenue deals.

Key Requirements
8+ years of relevant legal experience
In-house counsel experience at a technology company
Negotiating and drafting technology infrastructure hardware/software customer contracts
J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school
Admitted to the bar and in good standing in California
