Job Summary
Develop, facilitate and drive learning and development experiences for managers, including core leadership classes, driving business critical skills in a safe, fun and inclusive environment.
Localize applicable global training content for an EMEA audience in partnership with the Director, business leaders, People Partners, and Communities team to ensure programs meet and exceed organization’s needs.
Leverage AI tools, analytics, and digital platforms to design scalable, high-engagement learning experiences that deliver real business impact.

Key Requirements
3+ years L&D experience
B.S./B.A. preferred
Experience with global, virtual, and in-person learning
Fluent in English and Polish
