Job Summary

  • In this role, you will play an active and leading role in improving and digitalizing processes within the ISP channel, turning ideas into concrete results while keeping a close eye on operations and risks.
  • You will be part of the Business Continuity Service Points (BCS) team, the operational heart of ING Service Points (ISPs), responsible for daily operations and acting as the first point of contact for the channel.
