Job Summary

  • The Strategic Advisory group is one of the most experienced teams in the industry, and has been involved in some of the largest, most complex transactions in recent years.
  • The Power, Utilities & Renewables Analyst will be a critical member of PJT’s expanding power, utilities & renewables platform with direct involvement in both deal execution and business development.
  • Analysts would be responsible for financial analysis and modeling, drafting of client presentations, preparation of memoranda, conducting research, coordinating processes, client facing situations, and transaction execution.
