  • Participate in the recruitment of apprentices, including needs collection, offer writing, candidate pre-selection, interviews, and decision-making support.
  • Manage the recruitment and follow-up of interns, maintaining contact with schools, preparing internship agreements, and conducting intern evaluations.
  • Contribute to HR projects, both internal and external, and participate in the implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
