Key Requirements

  • B.Sc. or College Diploma in Food Science/Technology or related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Product Development, Operations or Quality Control
  • Preferably in red meat or poultry
  • Functionally competent in Microsoft 365 programs
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have strong people management skills
  • Ability to maintain high performance without direct onsite supervision
  • Flexibility of schedule
  • Valid driver’s license and a car available
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the year within Canada
