Job Summary

• Drive regional referral growth across the Northeast (New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire) market by leading strategic outreach initiatives and strengthening partnerships with providers and community stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Development Managers to achieve referral and patient growth goals, supporting them in managing strategic referral accounts.
