Job Summary
The Customer Support Specialist provides assistance and support to customers, Sales, Facility Operations, Customer Service Manager and management by coordinating office services, such as data entry, clerical work, records control, creating forms, and preparing reports, etc.
Communicates with customers by phone, email or in person attain information to ensure accurate and timely waste profile approval.
