As a Lead Operator, you will be responsible for managing assigned production processes, including validation, calibration, cleaning, and new item numbers, as well as testing new equipment and producing batches.
You will act as a backup to the supervisor, guiding operators, ensuring adherence to safety, environmental, quality, and work procedures, and coordinating personnel deployment.
This role requires troubleshooting process and equipment issues, preparing and reviewing documentation, and training and coaching operators to ensure knowledge transfer and efficient operations.
