Responsible for the implementation of national strategies in the two provinces of Hubei and Hunan and Jiangxi province, optimizing with regional characteristics.
Promote the construction of the HCM diagnosis and treatment ecosystem, including core hospitals, expert networks, and patient pathway management.
Through data analysis and QBR mechanism, continuously evaluate regional performance and promote improvement.
