  • The Sr. Customer Service Administrator is responsible for operating end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) and service contracts with accuracy, speed, and compliance.
  • You will have the opportunity to manage day-to-day operations and customer interactions, handle billing activities, coordinate shipping, and respond to customer inquiries.
  • You will build cross-functional collaboration and ensure operational governance by developing strong partnerships with key departments like Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Service.
