Job Summary

  • In this role, you will lead all maintenance activities, guide maintenance personnel, support hiring and development, and drive continuous improvement across the plant.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field with 7 years experience
  • Associate degree with 9 years experience or High School Diploma with 11 years experience
  • Minimum 4 years supervisory or management experience
  • Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and electrical diagrams
  • Experience with power plant maintenance and operations
  • Compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
