Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 years' experience in maintenance leadership
Exposure to current CMMS programs and IT tools
Engineering qualification with broad technical experience
Proven technical maintenance experience in FMCG or complex manufacturing
Practical knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and safe slinging/lifting
Experience applying Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
