Job Summary

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups and collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.

Base: $17.75 - $25.00 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Float Incentive: Additional $1.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits for employees working 20+ hours/week

Key Requirements

• 1 year or more experience as a phlebotomist
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Be at least 21 years’ old
