You will ensure the effective coordination and execution of HR processes, including HR service delivery and employee benefits administration, while maintaining high standards of operational excellence.
You will play a key role in ensuring full compliance with local labour laws and regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures, mitigating risk and promoting best practices in HR operations.

Compliance with local labour laws and regulations
SAP HR, 1C, SuccessFactors, Enbek, Navision
Manage employee lifecycle processes
Prepare, review, and control HR documents
Register employment contracts in government systems

Experience working with migration authorities
Experience interacting with government labor inspection authorities
Experience supporting payroll closing processes
Experience working with shift schedules
Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years working experience in the respective area
Mandatory knowledge of 1C ZUP (HR and payroll system)
Strong knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
