Job Summary

  • The SoC & NPI Program Manager is responsible for driving end‑to‑end program execution for SoC development and New Product Introduction (NPI) programs, ensuring timely delivery, cross‑functional alignment, and disciplined execution across the full product lifecycle.
  • This role operates in a matrix organization and partners closely with SoC design, IP teams, Validation, Package, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and external stakeholders to manage complex dependencies, risks, and decision flows.
  • The Program Manager does not own technical design deliverables, but is accountable for program planning, execution governance, escalation, and delivery outcomes.
