8-10 years commercial real estate research experience
Deep understanding of data center fundamentals
Proficiency in Excel and data visualization platforms
Comprehensive knowledge of APAC data center markets
Advanced degree in Economics Finance or related field
Nice-to-have
Experience with GIS mapping and spatial analysis
Previous experience at leading commercial real estate firm
Established network within Asia Pacific data center ecosystem
Familiarity with sustainability and ESG considerations
Understanding of cloud computing and edge infrastructure
Key Requirements
Minimum 8-10 years experience in commercial real estate research
Advanced degree in Economics Finance Real Estate or Urban Planning
Previous experience in Asia Pacific markets strongly preferred
Proven track record of producing high-quality research publications
Strong project management and team leadership capabilities
