Job Summary

  • Educates and mentors organizational leaders, Agile Release Trains, and Scrum teams to instill a scaled, successful enterprise-wide adoption of Humana Ways of working and practices.
  • Creates tools and leads training sessions to demonstrate how leaders and associates will apply Humana Ways of Working in their day-to-day work, guiding the organization through transitions.
  • Promotes a culture of innovation by implementing Humana processes and principles, including techniques to increase collaboration, predictability, transparency, and velocity.
