Must-have
Master's degree in microbiology or related field
3 to 5 years biosafety responsibilities experience
Experience with BSL3/ABSL3 laboratory environments
Knowledge of CDC, NIH, USDA, and OSHA regulations
Experience working with IBC and IACUC committees
Ability to wear respiratory protection equipment
Nice-to-have
PhD in biology or public health preferred
Certified Biological Safety Professional (ABSA)
EHS audit and management system experience
Strong cultural competency and communication skills
Experience with AAALAC accreditation processes
Key Requirements
Master's degree in microbiology, biological sciences, veterinary sciences, public health, or industrial hygiene
Valid Driver's license with a good driving record
Pass pre-employment physical for respiratory protection and hazardous materials work
Willingness to receive vaccination for risk group 3 agents
