Job Summary
Own and support existing customizations as well as scoping, designing, and configuring new features and functionality in our retail systems environment, with a primary focus on Manhattan Active Order Management and associated integrations.
Partner with stakeholders to drive best practice adoption in Manhattan Active Omni Order Management, ensuring optimal use of application features to support scalable and efficient fulfillment operations.
Engage in Agile development practices through active involvement in sprint activities, scrum ceremonies, code reviews, and cross-training sessions, with Jira as a central tool for workflow tracking and team alignment.
