Job Summary
This role is mainly an advisory role providing policy support and learning sessions to the analysts and QCs.
Responsible for all procedural/policy-related questions, issues and updates, including dissemination of policy updates and managing policy escalations.
Collaborate with the Global team on policy questions and proposals, manage internal quality assurance, and provide 6-eye support for QC accreditation.
