Job Summary

  • You will design the strategies that make us the employer of choice for Financial Consultants and execute the campaigns that turn reach into recruits.
  • Lead the end-to-end Employer Brand strategy including content creation, social media management, and community engagement to maximize public reach.
  • Act as an internal consultant to management, advising on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and the value proposition needed to attract top-tier talent.
