Under general supervision, greets guests in the lobby of the Manor House and fulfills hospitality requirements of all visitors during Graylyn operating hours.
Provides service and assistance for all Conference Center guests, including delivering requested items, arranging reservations, and tracking airline changes.
Maintains the highest level of guest relations and assists guests with luggage and personal items.
