  • The role involves administrative duties, charting, medication administration, personnel management, nursing care functions, staff development, safety and sanitation, equipment and supply management, care plan assessment, and participation in quality assurance programs.
  • The position requires collaboration with physicians, residents, families, and other departments to ensure comprehensive resident care and compliance with all applicable regulations and facility policies.

Key Requirements

  • Ability to lift and move at least 25 pounds
  • Experience with PCC preferred
