Job Summary

  • Manage a small product team of 3-5 engineers (backend and frontend) and actively participate in product development for 70% of the time.
  • Be responsible for hiring, onboarding, managing team dynamics, providing continuous feedback, and fostering career growth for direct reports.
  • Redesign engineering work shipping with autonomous agents, operationalize agentic workflows, and build reusable agentic primitives with verification loops.

Key Requirements

  • Managed an engineering team of at least 2 people
