Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Relevant degree or equivalent demonstrated experience
  • Full or Chartered professional membership status
  • Experience writing high quality consultancy outputs
  • Experience developing Environmental Safety Cases in nuclear context
  • Knowledge of Radioactive Substance Regulations permits

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with BAT assessments and BREFs
  • Track record in nuclear justification documents
  • Experience with Geological Disposal Facilities projects
  • Understanding of Development Consent Order activities
  • Delivery of sustainability and carbon assessments

Key Requirements

  • Holding or actively working towards Full / Chartered status
  • UK National Security Vetting clearance eligibility
  • Significant experience in nuclear environmental permitting
