Job Summary
The Lab Customer Services Supervisor oversees daily operations of the laboratory while performing specimen collection, Point of Care testing, and/or specimen processing.
The role is directly responsible for the technical quality of all work and for remedial training and communication of staff who perform tasks in these areas.
Administrative duties include writing technical policies, training new staff, maintaining Quality Control/Quality Assurance monitoring, and ensuring JCAHO and CAP regulatory standards are met.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
4 years relevant experience required
Associate's degree in medical lab technology
Knowledge of lab equipment principles and maintenance
Nice-to-have
Strong leadership skills preferred
Prior experience with employee evaluations
Experience solving customer service issues
Supervisory experience preferred
Key Requirements
Associate's degree in medical laboratory technology or Biological Science
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
Good working knowledge of lab equipment operations and maintenance
