Job Summary

  • The Lab Customer Services Supervisor oversees daily operations of the laboratory while performing specimen collection, Point of Care testing, and/or specimen processing.
  • The role is directly responsible for the technical quality of all work and for remedial training and communication of staff who perform tasks in these areas.
  • Administrative duties include writing technical policies, training new staff, maintaining Quality Control/Quality Assurance monitoring, and ensuring JCAHO and CAP regulatory standards are met.
