Job Summary
The main purpose of this job is to support and enhance Commerce Bank's community relationships with various non-profits, underserved communities, housing organizations, and community outreach entities.
The job will also be responsible for creating community awareness regarding Commerce Bank’s mortgage products, services and programs and encourage homeownership through networking events and community related and bank sponsored seminars.

Salary
Base: $36.06 - $42.07 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for performance-based incentive plan(s); Benefits: Employer sponsored health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), life insurance, paid vacation, and paid personal time.

Key Requirements
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
2+ years experience in originating Community Development loans
Valid driver’s license
Ability to authorize credit history review
Ability to authorize motor vehicle driving record review
