Job Summary

  • This position will help lead the 3rd shift custodial team with the Wisconsin Union at Union South.
  • The role is responsible for the daily deep cleaning of the building including restaurants, a commercial kitchen, and public spaces.
  • Responsibilities include assisting with scheduling, assigning project work, inspecting work to ensure it meets department standards, and maintaining inventory.

Salary

Base: $21.41 per hour; Night Differential: +$2.50 per hour (6pm-6am); Weekend Differential: +$0.80 per hour (Sat/Sun)

Must-have

  • One year custodial experience
  • Experience leading work of others
  • Basic English speaking and writing abilities
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work night shift hours

Nice-to-have

  • Six months management or supervisory experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Word
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma preferred
  • One year custodial experience required
  • Leadership experience preferred
