Chicago: $182,500 - $208,300; McLean: $200,700 - $229,100; New York: $219,000 - $249,900; Performance based incentive compensation eligible

5+ years managing technical programs
Strong technical background in scalable platforms
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
Experience with Agile delivery methodologies

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in related technical field preferred
