  • The Senior Manager, People and Culture provides oversight over the People and Culture team supporting the Darfur region of the Sudan West team, ensuring effective delivery across recruitment, contract management, staff development, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • This role plays a central role in fostering a positive organizational culture, ensuring adherence to IRC’s compliance procedures, and minimizing operational risks, partnering with leadership to strengthen and uphold an organizational culture aligned with IRC’s values.
  • Responsibilities include developing workforce plans, advising on organizational structure and staffing for proposals, setting recruitment strategy, advocating for Gender Equality Diversity and Inclusion, supporting Duty of Care and Safeguarding priorities, and overseeing payroll and investigations.
