Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
  • Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred
  • Active Massachusetts RN license required
  • BLS required
  • ACLS preferred
  • At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience
  • At least 2-3 years of progressive nursing leadership
  • Experience with program implementation
  • Experience with change management
  • Experience with decentralized care models
  • Strong foundation in hospital-based care
  • Union experience highly preferred
