Base: $89,400.00-$183,500.00; Bonus/Equity: performance-based incentive plans; Benefits: healthcare benefits (health, vision, dental), insurance benefits (short & long-term disability), paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan with an employer match up to 5% and an additional 4.5% contribution

Key Requirements

• 6+ years of DBA experience in a z/OS / MVS environment
• 6+ years database administration for IMS
• 4-year college degree or equivalent
• Knowledge of IMS Database Manager
• Familiarity with IMS Transaction Manager
• Strong working knowledge of HALDB partitioning schemes
• Familiarity with IMS Utility JCL
• DB2 Catalog knowledge
• Familiarity with DB2 Utility JCL
• Understanding of DB2 Data Definition Language
• Knowledge of SQL and basic DB2 development techniques
• Coding and debugging z/OS mainframe batch jobs
• Familiarity with RACF
• Knowledge of source code editor commands
