Skills & Requirements
Must-have
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Stable work history in production
Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SSOP, SQF procedures
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
Nice-to-have
Experience in agriculture or manufacturing
Strong communication skills
Problem-solving abilities
Willingness to work overtime
Team cooperation with Essentia staff
Key Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or G.E.D. certification preferred
Stable work history in production or manufacturing preferred
